What Is a Strategic Recruitment Initiative?
Strategic recruitment initiatives are programs that help Manitoba
employers hire international talent when there is a shortage of skilled

the province and the potential to contribute to its labour market. Whether
you're a recent graduate or a skilled worker, staying updated on provincial
draws like these can help you plan your path to Canadian permanent residency
more effectively.
