We assist with applying for a Canada tourist visa or Super Visa. Additionally, if you have previously faced visa refusals and require the expertise of a Licensed Consultant to understand the reasons and assist with reapplication thoroughly, we are here to help.
To visit Canada for up to 6 months from a country requiring a visa, you must apply for a Temporary Residence Visa. During the application process, you must provide evidence of strong ties to your home country, such as a stable job, property ownership, and leaving behind immediate family members. It is also necessary to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to support yourself during your visit.
These visas are intended explicitly for parents and grandparents. Applicants must undergo an immigration medical examination and obtain private medical insurance from a Canadian or foreign company. The sponsoring individual must meet the minimum income requirements. Once the parent or grandparent arrives in Canada, they may stay for up to 5 years at a time, increasing from the previous maximum of 2 years.
Suppose your visa application has been previously refused. In that case, whether once or multiple times, we may be able to assist you in securing the visa by obtaining and reviewing the internal notes of the immigration officer handling your case.
