draw, the province issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to qualified
entrepreneurs interested in starting or managing a business in British
Columbia.

On July 8, 2025, the BC PNP held its fifth
entrepreneur-focused draw of the year, issuing up to 17 invitations
across two key immigration streams:
