On July 31, 2025, Quebec issued new invitations
under its Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ). This marks the first
time that candidates in the Intermediate and Manual Skills stream have
been targeted since the program began earlier this year.

The Ministry of Immigration, Francization and
Integration (MIFI) invited 273 candidates to apply for permanent
selection under the PSTQ’s Intermediate and Manual Skills stream.

About Quebec’s Skilled Worker Selection Program
The PSTQ replaced the Regular Skilled Worker
Program in late 2024 but officially launched in mid-2025.
On July 17, 2025, Quebec held its first PSTQ draw,
