Manitoba has issued another large round of invitations
through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), giving thousands
of skilled workers and graduates a chance to apply for provincial nomination.
On September 4, 2025, the province held draw #253,
inviting 3,347 candidates under different streams, including the International
Education Stream, Skilled Worker in Manitoba, and Skilled Worker
Overseas pathways.
