worker candidates to apply for permanent residency through the Manitoba
Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
This latest round of invitations focused on candidates who
were part of targeted recruitment initiatives or included under a temporary
public policy designed to support Manitoba’s labour market needs.

On September 18, Manitoba conducted a draw and
issued a total of 911 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs).
Unlike other draws, this round did not specify a minimum
