has issued new Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination, targeting
both skilled workers and entrepreneurs.
Overview of the October 2 BC PNP Draw
On October 2, 2025, British Columbia conducted two
separate draws under its Skills Immigration and Entrepreneur

A total of 485 invitations were issued in this round.
So far in 2025, the BC PNP has issued 568 invitations
under Skills Immigration and 86 invitations under the Entrepreneur
Immigration category.
Skills Immigration Draw Details
This was the first Skills Immigration draw since May
8, 2025.
British Columbia invited skilled workers who met one of the following two

Entrepreneur Immigration Draw Details
The province also held its seventh Entrepreneur
Immigration draw under the Base Stream to attract experienced
business professionals.
A total of 11 invitations were issued with a cut-off score of 123.
