through specific strategic recruitment initiatives.

Considered in This Draw?
Candidates were
considered if they had clearly stated in their Expression of Interest (EOI)
profile that they were invited by Manitoba as part of a strategic recruitment
mission. Only those with a valid provincial invitation were eligible.

Manitoba issued 55 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). Invitations were
issued through both pathways under the Skilled Worker Stream:
