Both Manitoba and Prince Edward Island recently invited
candidates to apply for immigration through their respective Provincial Nominee
Programs (PNPs). These invitations aim to address labor market needs and
prioritize candidates who meet specific criteria.
Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program
Invitations (February 14–21)
Manitoba’s PNP (MPNP) issued invitations under two streams
during this period:
A total of 22 invitations were sent through this stream, with the lowest-ranked
candidate scoring 711 points.
In total, Manitoba issued 41 Letters of Advice to Apply.
Seven of these went to candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile number
and job seeker validation code.

Prince Edward Island’s Provincial Nominee Program Invitations (February 14–21)
Prince Edward Island (PEI) held a draw on February 20,
inviting candidates through the Labour Impact and Express Entry pathways. A
total of 87 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates working in
occupations and priority sectors that are essential to PEI’s economic
development.
To qualify for this draw, candidates needed to have been
living and working in PEI for at least one year. The draw also prioritized
international graduates from three key institutions:
